C'est simplement incomparable. Les tranches sont bien grosse et le goût est simplement parfait. J'ai aussi acheté des saucisses merguez et jamais plus je n'en achèterai ailleurs. Si vous aimez la viande c'est un incontournable. I discovered their products a year ago at the Saint-Sauveur market and since that day I have been unable to eat bacon from the grocery store. It is simply incomparable. The slices are really big and the taste is just perfect. I also bought merguez sausages and I will never buy them elsewhere. If you like meat this is a must.

L'agneau était tout simplement délicieux, avec beaucoup de viande très fine au goût, et assaisonnés magnifiquement par Romain et Sarah. La cuisson a été tellement facile, sans jamais ajouter de jus au d'épices. Par rapport à d'autres agneaux que j'ai goûtés, celui-ci était plus maigre, très tendre et aussi plus généreux en ratio viande/carcasse. Il en est resté prés de 4 kg malgré que out le monde se soit resservi! L'approche nature préconisée par la ferme Rosa vaut vraiment la peine et la gentillesse des éleveurs est incomparable. Merci et continuez votre super travail! If I could give more stars, I would do it. We ordered a heavy lamb for a mechoui to 60 people (21 kg). The lamb was simply delicious, with lots of very fine meat to taste, and seasoned beautifully by Romain and Sarah. The cooking was so easy, without ever adding spice juice. Compared to other lambs that I tasted, it was leaner, very tender and also more generous in meat / carcass ratio. It remained close to 4 kg despite all the world has been reused! The nature approach advocated by the Rosa farm is really worth it and the kindness of the breeders is incomparable. Thank you and continue your great work!
