★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Our condo has a yearly increase in fees of around 8% to pay for these guys to sit around and do nothing. The fence to the condo grounds has laid in the yard for over three weeks and has not been fixed. They blame having to pay wage increases to their staff on Trudeau. The fact that they bring their politics along with their business should tell you all you need to know about these greedy scheisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wendy Gervais who primarly operates out of Saskatoon not only took my damage deposit ( after only have living there for a week, mind you ) but than she lied to ORT and said that she didn't. Good thing I kept the receipts.
Take this company to ORT and fight for your money back it's the only way to make these low life's pay.
The reviews of this company speak for itself.
I won my ORT case. Please please please if you're thinking of taking this company to ORT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the biggest joke of a property management company you could ever stumble upon. All they do is try to fleece you out of money, using often illegal means. Absolutely do not ever use these guys and do not let them pull illegal tactics.(etc "professional cleaning)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management of this company is very poor. Get ready that these guys wont return your security deposit. They have charged us for cleaning the apartment + for carpet cleaning even though we did excellent cleaning, we rented a professional steamed vacuum cleaner and did carpet cleaning. This looks like a fraud and you cannot do nothing about it, because their dispute policy is so tricky and complicated that you will never win.
Moreover, the buliding managers are not helpful at all. They are not present at the office when there is serious problems and speak with you in a rude manner. I do not recommend anybody to rent an apartment with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Recommend Turanich Management Company to everyone. We moved into our townhouse back in 2014. There was just a house and nothing outside. They put a lot of work and continue to work very hard in order to manage our complex to the highest standard, keep our exterior, landscaping and all other common areas in great shape. Very responsive, take our questions seriously and address them very quickly. Had an opportunity to meet an owner some time ago, George Turanich, he was friendly and professional. I believe it was on weekend(Saturday), but he was working and making sure that our complex is fully ready for winter season!
Management team is also very friendly, quick in replying questions and addressing concerns. Dan ( Manager/caretaker) is available to help any time.
Also I want to thank Brenden Turanich(Manager). He is very professional, friendly,positive,patient and competent in what he does and in communicating with people. Initially I didn’t have time to get a better understanding how everything works when you live in a complex. I had many questions to ask. Brenden didn’t hesitate to spend a lot of time answering my questions, explaining many aspects of living in a townhouse community. Thank you so much for your patience and response.
Thank you guys for your hard work. It is highly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't expect this company could be so dishonest with me and my family. When we decided to move out of the rented apartment we cleaned everything so the condo was cleaner than when we moved in. We even rented a professional vacuum and vacuumed all the carpets, as it was mentioned in the contract ("..carpets must be professionally cleaned").
But...the building manager wanted the receipt for carpet's cleaning, even if it isn't in the contract. And she (building manager) refused to give our deposit back.
Photos and videos made when we moved in to show how worse it was didn't help.
Absolutely do not recommend this company!
Avoid them as much as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelly has been more than accommodating to me. The property I'm in is maintained to very high standard. Rent is reasonable and the people are great. I think any negative comments should be directed to property owners and not Turanich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I owned and lived at a property managed by Turanich for 8 years. It was a great experience the entire time. The property was well maintained and the maintenance person was responsive. Based on the AGM's and documentation provided, it appears the Turanich is doing a great job of keeping costs low and is on top of things. If I was ever to buy another condo property I would want it to be managed by Turanich. Their good management increases the property value.
