★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teachers were amazing but management and owner do not appear to be present. All contact is through Hi Mama(text based only). My experience was based off 1 child for 10 months and 2nd child for 5 months. Happy to share this very documented experience.

It is his first time in a daycare setting without me and they have gone out of their way to help him adjust and settle in. I am very grateful to have found such wonderful care for him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive worked for many daycares in the past. And this is by far the best. The staff are attentive and caring and staff turn over is very low. We run over staffed so staff can take time off and not get burnt out. The owners care alot about the center and are always buying new equipment and toys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first born son who is now in kindergarten started at Tune Town when he was 2. My niece and nephew attended before we did and absolutely loved it there. My daughter started there when she was 1 and we have had nothing short of a great experience! The staff are lovely and have been so great with my kids. They both love attending. I have a bad experience at another childcare facility, the women at Tune Town go above and beyond not only for my littles but also have shown me great support as well. My son was so well prepared for kindergarten and my daughter has learnt so much! They helped us along our potty training journey and my youngest actually did better there than at home. I am grateful for my kids to have experienced such a special bond with the ladies that work there and appreciate the relationship I have with them as well.
I would recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My eldest daughter attended Tune Town from early 2018 to 2019 and my youngest daughter has been at Tune Town since 2019. We love it there! The whole team is great and the staff turnover is low which is nice and consistent for our kids. Lots of fun activities for the kids, hot lunch days, and good communication from staff through their app!

The owner and all the staff have always been so amazing to the kids and made daycare such a great experience for them and for us as parents. It’s a great feeling always knowing the kids were safe and in great care when we dropped them off. Thank you to Lisa, Guy and all the staff for the amazing years we had together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has attended Tune Town for the past 3 years. I can not say enough good things about Tune Town. The staff are absolutely amazing and only have the children's best interests at heart. Everyday my daughter wakes up and is so excited to go to school. She can't wait to find out what activities they are doing for the day. Music, hula dancing, cooking, art, scavenger hunts, Chameleon visits and so much more. She loves it there and we couldn't be happier that we have found a daycare that loves our daughter like she was their own.
