d	drew ward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I had to go in multiple times yesterday to get my passports done the staff there did an exemplary job, they were short staffed yesterday (nobody likes being in those shoes, so kudos you two did great) but were still able to help me out multiple times (after having photo issues) we eventually got all our paperwork done and were on our way. The staff there have a lot of volume and were always courteous to the people that came in. Would definetly return here. Thanks again for an awesome job!
J	Julie Wyman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been trying to contact anyone of your phone numbers for 7 days finally got through and was transferred to a guy selling life alert on the phone number google gives for local office? Sent e mail inquiry six days age and still have not received response to my questions. Could you extend the call center hours as no one can get through and when they do they get hung up on before call is picked up.
E	Erin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure why this office has so many poor reviews! Undeserved reviews in my opinion. I went on a weekday morning around 9am and was in and out in about 45 minutes. They were short staffed the day I went, but the staff was friendly and efficient. I also really appreciate the location. I’d rather always stay on the westshore than drive into Victoria. While I was waiting, I did witness many people present with missing or improper documents. I would recommend reading what you need to bring from the Service Canada website before going into the office to speed things up for both you and the staff.

L	Lily 1005 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we arrived at 820, waited extremely long time to be served. recommend bringing a lunch and a folding camping chair. we were served after 2pm...omg. we didnt have a breakfast and my husband walked to nearby Timhorton to get some lunch. never waited this long in line for something in my life. extremely slow service. should hire more ppl.
C	CBM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They open at 8:30, I arrived at 8:15 and it is 11:30 now. They processed about 5 people and there are still 4 people ahead of me… why is it taking so long!!!!!! It shouldn’t take this long to do a passport. They have an hour break at 12. I work at 3 and I don’t even think I’ll be able to get in today!!!!
M	Mahboubeh Moghaddasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got there at 8:50 AM. They gave me a yellow card with a number on it, to wait for my turn and informed me that it might take 2 hours. I asked them if I could leave and come back 1.5 hours later. They told me: “No, the card should not leave the property.” I waited in my car for 3 hours. 12pm the security informed me that they are closing for their 1 hour lunch! I could go and I should be back before 1 pm. I don’t see any justification on why we have to wait in front of the office knowing it won’t be our turn for hours! There should be a more efficient system to give more precise waiting time. There should not be a request to wait in your car in the parking lot for 5 hours and not move!
E	Emily Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get there at noon you can expect to wait 4 hours and not even get in. You will have to take an entire day off work just to line up outside at 0730 (even though office opens at 830) and you may or may not have to wait up to 6 hours to be seen. Almost as bad as our healthcare system :) 1 star instead of 0 because at least there is free wifi if you are a Shaw customer. Plus the security guy seems really nice.
