β β β β β So I'm here for work for maybe 2 weeks and since we have been here the internet works 30% of the time at best. If it does you can get webpages but good luck doing anything like you normally would in 2020.
I complained that I could only get webpages sometimes when you could even get your one device your allotted per room online. The lady told me that this was fine and i told here this wasn't 1995.
The hotel staff are very professional and helpful however the service in the restaurant could be much quicker for how few people there are sometimes. If make a special or a pizza don't take an hour to serve it lol like really come on!!!
They did say they would look into it but so far still no internet. No mini kitchens so I'm stuck eatting food that's not very good and over priced because we are here waiting for other rooms in another hotel to open up yay.

β β β β β Very friendly and super helpful staff. It's not your luxury chain Hotel, but you're not gonna get that in Tumbler Ridge so may as well stay where there staff is top notch.
Inn is older, but the rooms are clean and the liquor store is conveniently attached to the premises and breakfast was damn good. Can't go wrong!

β β β β β The food at the restaurant is absolutely disgusting and inedible. Wings are battered and deep fried, and covered in salad dressings which make them soggy and the taste is repulsive. Fries are literally McCains freezer fries and not even cooked properly. I understand this is a small-town restaurant, but this is just awful. You seriously need a new chef and potentially a new menu if you want to stay competitive. I cooked better food when I was 10 years old.
This is definitely a top 5 worst restaurant I have ever been to in terms of food quality. Just awful.
Sorry, but it's really true. I hope you take this feedback to heart and take a serious look at what you are serving your paying customers. I'd rather fast for 3 days than eat here again.
Oh, also had about 3 different servers so customer experience is totally lacking.

β β β β β Most amazing hotel I've been to. The manager, Michelle was so kind when booking
1. She was able to get us a room for 5 people on a really good deal with a full kitchenette
2. The rooms are actually nice, despite the outside appears, it's really nice on the inside
3. Most importantly, the FREE breakfast! It is actually so much food, they don't slack on the food and don't have the processed eggs, it's an all around amazing deal. You sit at a table like a restaurant and be served so quickly.
All around, I'm definitely coming back
