Tufts Management Inc. - Saskatoon

DO NOT hire this company to clear your snow. My husband ( 75 yrs) had to shovel about 1/3 of the time. They don't return phone calls or e-mails. They are not reliable.

I have done business with them and I would agree with nagetive reviews. They owe us money and never paid us so I would say this company and owners are cheater. I am assuming that 3 reviews that were posted for positive is fake reviews that they themselves have posted to bring their rating up. I have been touch with several companies and they have cheated more than 10 companies that I know of. I would not rely or do business with them.

I needed help for my business location as well as my acreage and Tufts Management saved the day on both. They take care of my large property like its their own, and my business location is always one of the best in the area. Can't say enough good on their work!

Don't do business with these guys.They have not paid us for over 6 months now and I think Owners are Fraud. They would not pick up phone and have no answers. They keep lying for payment. I would not trust Owners or this company to business either you are supplier or you are customer , stay away from them. I would say if you experiencing issue with this company let's all report them to BBB and credit collections so that they don't do this to any one else.

I find the service to exceed expectations. I was referred by a colleague and I can't see myself using anyone else in the near future. As a young professional I do a lot of traveling and have no problem leaving TMI to look over my home. The consistency the marked trucks and uniform employees provide gives a certain sense of security with me and my neighbours. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I've subscribed to Tuft's year round corner to corner service and I couldn't be happier. They have resurrected a tired, spotty patch of earth and turned it into my lawn. They're always on time and professional, they fertilize/weed/trim as required, and they always put all my lawn furniture and sprinklers back exactly where I left them when they are done. They're even mindful of our little dog's toys in the backyard. They receive high praise from me, looking forward to checking out the snow removal service this winter!

Booked them for lawn work and some landscaping. Did an ok job to start...but never followed up to finish... didn't return emails...kept promising to come by and finish but never did. Definitely would not recommend.

We are a HVAC company based in Calgary/Invermere area. We have completed a job for Tufts Management. Both owners on TMI ( Tufts Management signed and dated this contract. Contract was for just over $ 22000 this contract had been paid in full From the homeowner who has supplied us with all the documentation and receipts/ bank transactions showing TMI ( Tufts Management Inc.) has been paid in full. Our contract was for just over $15000 we are still owed over $5000 plus our extra invoice to original contract. For close to $9000. We are going to try to recover our investment. This company continues to say that this job isn’t complete? The province of Bc safety Athority has been to site and has completed the gas inspection on the furnace and heat pump installation. It has been passed. A couple of venting issues we corrected fast. Tufts management inc took a 50% draw from the client on July 6th 2018 for just over $ 10000 this draw was to pay us 50% or $7700 of our invoice to them to cover equipment and such. We were paid $2500 we are now at September 26/2018 and we have $10500 in total. Client has advised us that an of tufts management inc owner has come by to grab cheque for final payment on September 1 /2018 for the remainder $10300. We have tried to contact them with no success. They’re great at running around in circles. He put 60% mark up on our invoices for extras on the job and is holding this against our company. We are going to make sure that any contractor that is working in the Columbia Valley/Calgary that asks us we will be honest about our experience. We are going to contact all of the people that have left reviews below and are going to file lawsuit against this company. Do yourself a favour go to the next company. You will be better off.
