★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly wish I could give a zero star rating. Lived in a unit for 6 months (after being forced into a 2 year lease) due to finding various black molds in our unit. We went through a battle with the ORT and still ended up having to pay this terrible man money.. mostly because of our health, we could not stay a day longer living there once it was confirmed as black mold, which is why we had to pay him.
Everything will seem like sugar and rainbows at first but do not fall for it! This man and his staff banks and hopes for people to be dumb enough to rent from them just so they can make a paycheck... They do not and will not ever care about the actual well being of the human beings/pets that live in these places.
If you still want to rent from them after the reviews, I pray for your health and safety..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first i thought gsl was great they seemed professional the homes were beautiful but the owner is rude and asks for to much personal info witch goes against my rights as a Tennant. I consider my self a good responsible renter with the refferences to back it up so i expect a little respect. The owner kept asking for more info everyday including bank statements pay stubs and even a sin number witch is against the law. But i let that slide because i really wanted the place. Anyway a week later after changing the deal everyday we were denied. Im on disabilities my gf is a student and our roomate is a massage therapist all of us have good references reliable income anyone else would love to have us as renters.I feel like we were scammed we gave all that info and then get denied i think this companies owner is a fraud and judging by his lack of perfesionalism i wouldnt be suprized if he isnt even licenced. If u value ur privacy and stability i do not recomend wasting ur time with gsl.

Any issues I've had have been dealt with very quickly and professionally with a more than satisfactory outcome (even during Covid). They all care about their tenants, pets and the property itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been renting here for a year and we are so happy with our home. The move in process was relatively easy and we got our keys as expected. Our walk through was thorough and formal. We've had minimal issues and whenever we've had a fix, Rob has been very accommodating and always addresses any repairs quickly. Love the Silverwood neighborhood as it's quiet and close to amenities. Highly recommend this rental company!
