★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worse apartment i was in. Pay 100$ more and be in an another accommodation. The service is really bad my refrigerator was not working i called them its been 3 months still there was no response i had called them every single day. My kitchen floor was filled with water and the fridge door doesn’t close. There are better houses at same price but do not choose this. Everything is poor and worse in every way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rodrigo is the most unprofessional person in property management I have ever met. He acts like he is irreplaceable and doesn't not care if the apartments are in ruin. The other tenants agree, two thumbs down. His unpleasantness prompted me to make an account just to share this revelation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to lose money on a damage deposit for literally no reason, rent through them. They withheld $100 for cleaning when they said it was just the oven that needed cleaning. On top of that, they took another $100 for no apparent rhyme or reason. They are incredibly difficult to get a response from and they are very frustrating to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 2 years at a Colliers owned building, they were always extremely professional and responsive. Very easy to contact if I ever had any questions and also very organized, always felt like I was in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review of Collier's Gardens. Poorly maintained building. Old laundry machines and heating system. The shower has no force of water! No on site person. Common areas inside building not cleaned often (even during pandemic). Not even a dustbin inside the apartment. Parking lot road is broken. Good value for money only to students because of the location. For families would not recommend it. I guess because of students who don't complaint enough they can pass away with this service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't be renting from Colliers again. I can't sleep in my bedroom because there's a vibrating noise and the blinds don't keep out the light from the parking lot. They've been ignoring the vibrating noise and they've suggested I hang black garbage bags over the blinds. They're apartments aren't designed to be in slept in.
