V	Vitor Fragoso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company seems to be a scam. You make a reservation online, when you call they say they don't have the vehicle and offers you another one more expensive. Be careful! I ended up not renting there and do not recommend.
S	Sergey Kens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and quality. They let you book car, you receive confirmation number, but when you show up they say all cars are gone. That's insane. It's 21st century and these guys do not have any sense of customer service or obligations. If you do not want your day to be ruined, do not book your rental car there.

The seat belt and drivers seat broke and I was blamed for it. The man in the office has severe ego issues for someone who works at a knock off rental place. The owner 'Michelle' only cares about money. Needing any help regarding even car safety is ignored. I wouldn't trust this company to give me a piece of paper, let alone a car. I went to renew my contract and was told "Michelle wouldn't because she wants more money. I used my own insurance so I paid less and she wanted to rent to a customer who had to pay more weekly for a car, as this business is close to closing." By less I mean I paid 323.00 a week and was told that was almost half price. So if you want to pay 700.00 a week for a car that was probably stolen just before you rented it, and get no help with your rental, go to try1!!! They're good for nothing. Literally. Nothing.

It doesn’t make sense cuz my name and everything is recorded on their system and as a manager i know that if you want to refund the customer money you don’t necessarily need the receipt!!!

I lost my receipt during a move but I still have the rental contract agreement and they are refusing to give my deposit back now without the receipt.
K	Keh Bella keh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible business etiquette. I was looking for a car to rent and the guy said he wasn't sure if cars were available as he wasn't at the office. I was told I would get a call back within the hour . That call never came. So I called and I called and I called finally he answered. It was coming to closing time still he said he didn't know if cars would be available. They're bias as well against aboriginal people. That was my experience at least. He then said he would call me back AGAIN regardless of the place closing and confirm whether a car rental was possible for that night or the Next day. Up until now he has not called back. I found another company and very pleased with the services . Try1 is a JOKE if you love being clowned with. A piece of advice to you Try1....Try NOT this 1.
