He assisted me setting up my profile and explained the online process which was very helpful. It took a day to get all the measurements in from the Ritchies yard and I had bids come in right away. The trucker I picked (Super B Trucking) communicated well and I forwarded any information he needed to get the unit released for delivery. Delivery went slick and he was careful unloading the unit. C	Colette Breault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love about this business is that they are very reliable and Luke was so polite and explained every thing about getting my bus full of my stuff on a Transport Fortus transport from Peers Alberta to Quebec !!!! I recommend them greatly !!! First I called Auto haul and was so disappointed they said they would call back the next day then they would not then two days they would call back and say tomorrow Mike will call then no call then I asked for a quote sent to me no text back this went on for a week then my friend went to see the reviews and they would have people send 500$ and they never picked up there vehicle and when they called back no answer!!! I greatly recommend this Company!, I’m a Happy customer and will tell on my friends for sure!!! Thank you ??

T	Trevor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sceptical at first being my first time using Trusted dispatch. I had a skidder I needed moved from Alberta to BC. I was given a cost but trusted dispatch and then other truckers could either accept the amount the program kicked out or input the truckers own cost. I was surprised when the first cost I got was 3k over the trusted dispatch cost. I did not choose this one obviously… after being patient I had a fellow pick the load at the trusted dispatch cost and everything went super smooth I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM FOR ANYONE NEEDING HAULS ACROSS NORTH AMERICA OR JUST CANADA.

TrustedDispatch, on the other hand, was very easy to use and their customer service was fantastic. My driver was fantastic and the whole process was easy. I would rather rate this 4.5 stars though; I found the initial quote for my job very reasonable, but no drivers seemed to want to take it at that price. I probably could have waited longer and eventually found someone to take it at the lower cost, but wasn't sure how long it would take. My experience may have been unique, but I had to pay about 35% more than the intial quote. I still feel like it was a reasonable rate however! The quotes I got from the other website were at almost twice the amount I ended up paying.
