Chad arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable about this type of work and made a number of valuable recommendations to us, including the replacement of a dryer vent that was preventing the dryer and washer from being positioned properly. He was also very careful and ensured that he cleaned up after completing the cleaning which was much appreciated. He also noticed work for the furnace that was not done previously and proceeded to complete it. We would highly recommend True North Furnace Cleaning and will use them for all our future duct and furnace cleaning!

I called in and spoke to Chad the owner, and he we was extremely professional and knowledgeable, from there he met me at my house, he was extremely personable and I enjoyed dealing with him, from there his staff came and completed the job, they were very respectful and took every precaution to ensure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. They even provided me with a before and after picture! It is amazing how dirty your furnace can get over time, I am amazed how better everything performs and my house feels cleaner overall. Chad called me the day after to make sure that I was happy with the services provided. The experience Truth North Furnace cleaning provided is second to none, I would give 10 stars if I could.
