It is a clean environment for a relaxing self care day. Unfortunately the nails I got weren't shaped properly. There air bumps and it doesn't look good. I had a coffin shape and some of the fingers were not shaped in straight, they were diagonal. My pinkie nail fell off the after 2 days. Its a great space but needs more skilled workers.

Do not go here! I came here to get Gel nails done. Usually my Gel nails always last but for whatever reason, within a weeks time they were all breaking off. I paid 62$ for gel nails + shellac overtop of them. I went back and they did my thumb for free as it had broken. Within this week (less than 7 days of having my gel nails) TWO more nails broke off. They told me that they would not re-do the other two nails and that I would have to pay another 10$ to get them both fixed. They also told me I must be doing a lot of physical activity.. which is an unfair accusation because I work from home. I cannot justify paying 62$ for my nails to last one week's time. They were in no way helpful and have lost my family as clients.

My nail tech was AMAZING for my shellac manicure!!! I forgot to get her name, so I called to ask if I could get her name so that I can book with her every time, and I believe her name was Mickie or Nicki. The attention to detail was incredible, colour selection was amazing, and she was so friendly! I will be going here from now on and booking with her. Very clean in the salon, too! 5 star experience for sure!

It was ok. We arrived short notice and we were able to have a pedicure. The chairs and foot baths are comfortable and looked clean. There is a wide selection of regular and shellac polishes. They have little chairs for children to feel special too. The store is flat but there is a step up to go sit on the pedicure chairs. There is a toilet in the back. The pedicure was ok for me but my partner didn't get the heel scrub and shred she was hoping for. The foot and leg massage from my pedicurist was fantastic and it was my favorite part. The polish is holding up well after 10 days. I would go back but it's not going to be my go to place as I felt like the staff was resentful and annoyed.

I made 2 appointments in advance and I changed my time slot to accommodate them. When I arrived they had me sit and wait. They were clearly overbooked and had likely taken walk ins also. A short 15 minute wait would have been ok but I could tell it would be much longer. I was very disappointed not to mention I am 6 months pregnant and it's my birthday. So I left and received better service elsewhere...

I loved my experience here! I had Michelle and she was great. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them and everyone there was nice. So I’m updating almost a week later and I took off 1 star because the bottom of my nails are lifting. I’ve never had this happen before and my hair keeps getting stuck under the bottom of the nail and being pulled out which has not been fun. Nine days from when I first get them done and I’ve lost 3 nails. I am disappointed they came off in 1 whole piece like press on nails. Which for every person who gets their nails done knows is not supposed to happen. I don’t think I’m going to go back here and I’m happy I used a gift certificate and not my own money.
