We have just closed on our first property in Edmonton and are in the process of purchasing our second property there. Not only does Jason have a fantastic team at TriUrban, he also put us in contact with everyone that we would need to purchase and manage the properties from a distance - including a mortgage broker, property manager, insurance agent, home inspector. I highly recommend TriUrban for anyone who wants to have an excellent turn key investment in Edmonton, even if you live too far to touch and feel the investment.
