★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overrated gym if you are a beginner IMO. The boxing coach is a class act though and the BJJ instructor was very kind. I respect the attitude of the veteran staff, they were very kind. Went as a noob. On other side, Zahabi wasnt exactly friendly with any of the new guys(all my time there not once did he say hello and always had a mean mug lol. Totally different online persona imo). Honestly, I'd avoid if you really want to learn. If you are a pro, you should go there though.

Excellent gym for all levels, and very cool to see the pros training right beside you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gym in Montreal. Coach firas actually cares about your progress and this matters. If your new to combat sports this hands down the best place to start your journey. It's also doesnt hurt that this is the home of one the greatest MMA fighters of all time. Coach firas is the man that got him there so let that soak in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from Toronto 2 learn martial arts & get in shape. Don't judge by exterior. Tristar is one of the best especially if ur willing to work. The ppl produced speaks 4 itself. Shout out to Tristar staff, podcast, and especially Neil Sheppard. Stick with Neil -- he really cares about his students, never gives up on anyone, and always uses positivity to motivate us.
