★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the free two week pass for classes. Apparently there is a pass for each class too - which I was not informed of upon registration. I turn up to class on time and scan my card, and they offered the last card to someone who appeared out of nowhere. Keeping aside that I wasn't given important information, it was very unprofessional to not give the pass on first come first save basis. Got no apology. Never going back.

On the uper hand Great gym for the price and location, but too many people hoging equipment and there are some wrired people here,Some dont even train just mostly stare at women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to enjoy Yoga, language classes, Sports (badminton, football, basketball, swimming and learn also). It is a perfect place in the middle of town of train your mind, body and spirit. YMCA downtown rocks... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member at the YMCA for a total of 3 months, this gym is unprofessional to say the least, and does not conduct business well. Let me explain, I did not feel welcomed by the staff I was harassed by the staff especially by (Augusto Gutierrez) and felt very uncomfortable exercising at this facility. Furthermore as I tried to discontinue my membership following the issues I have with the gym, the staff would not allow me to cancel because of two missed payments that I supposably owe. However I was never informed of the missed payments and I continued to use the facilities without the knowledge of missed payments. I provided the Staff with bank statements that shows the YMCA withdrawing the money from my account and immediately correcting it and putting it back in my account. This is a fraudulent tactic the YMCA uses to bait the clients into paying a "cancellation fee", so whenever the client would like to cancle his or her membership the client would need to pay the "two supposed missed payments". From my experience I insist that people should take this into consideration before signing a membership with this company. In conclusion the equipment is old and outdated, the staff is unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional. I will be pursuing legal actions against the YMCA and implore members who have encountered the same issues to do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when u compare YMCA to Nautilus plus? YMCA is a W! At least their staffs are friendly and you feel welcoming. And of course you need a better mood for better workout. I’d rather go a few meters further to YMCA than getting ripped off by nautilus plus(move trap).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a member for 1 year and honestly is not a good and safe place for woman here. The harassment, dirty looks from the older people are terrible! I even heard them say to one trained "What's for lunch today?" I tried to report what was going on but one of the trainers was laughing with the client.
No matter the time you is like a fish tank and there is not enough equipment. The trainers are never in the front desk so you rather bring your extra stuff like elastics or squat protections if you don't want your workout time to get wasted.
I give the one star to the group classes that are great. I do not think is worth the amount they charge the month. Waste of time and waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best: group fitness classes as they have great teachers. But the fitness centre can be noisy, crowded, unorganized and filled with low vibrational energies at times. Got verbally abused once at the gym. Sometimes, front desk staff can be unfriendly.
