★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a regular here, but they're policies have resulted in the customer service going steadily downhill over the past couple years. Recently they called me by a number even when I was the only customer there. Today, they made me show my receipt before they'd give me my food, the implication being that I'm trying to steal someone's food? c'mon, that's so bloody disrespectful. I'd rather take the chance of someone stealing my $4 burger than be implicitly accused of being a thief every time I patron. They don't treat their customers like people anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triple O's is always awesome
Awesome burgers and since it is a fast food chain you can expect to experience pretty good consistency across the region.
Fries are always crisp and thick and I normally get poutine.
You can swap your patties to vege patties for free so that's a plus, or add a larger 6oz patty for 1.50$.
The service here is good, they do their best and when I go (usually around 1 - 3 pm the line up is empty on the weekdays.
Pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New manager and her employee gave me less then acceptable service. Her employee never smiled and only glared and glared at me while I asked for a receipt. The manager tried to give me old fries and once I informed her to remake it as I asked for well done fries she got mad and rudely said she could remake it if I really wanted but I was wrong and they were fresh when I watched her make it. Managers name is Preet and she threw my food on the counter. The old manager would’ve never let this happen. So sad with the new management and will be telling my colleagues to not waste their time here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was average. Ordered a combo and upgraded the fries to garlic parmesan. Fries had little to no chunks of garlic and a couple drops of sauce. Over half the fries tasted plain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I got was a cheeseburger and nothing else so I'm only basing it off that. Maybe the fries are amazing? I don't know. Anyway the cheeseburger was just ok. Meh. Neither really good nor bad. Middle if the road. I ate it all but never thought "OMG this is so good." It was just sustenance to get me through the afternoon. The beef pattie was good but I think the bun was the downfall. It's not buttered & toasted and doesn't have a great texture or mouth feel. It's just a room temperature, flavorless bun. Wendy's has a MUCH nicer bun. If I ever go back it would only be to try their fries and their shakes.
