★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (we were wearing masks and put on their sanitizer) they were very rude, said "no browsing in the store" which left us very confused as we were only looking at shoes, made us leave all our bags at the front and did not remain 6 feet away, instead hovering quite too close for comfort. Gave us mean looks and made us very uncomfortable, would never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and bought workbooks. They never told me they don't do any refunds and the sign on the desk was covered by the box. I came in to return them and they said we'll it says no refunds on your receipt. But that means I would have paid for them to find that out. Anyways found another pair of boots that were at the other store 45 min away. Been a week still waiting. Also the owner is dropping things to her kitimat store and bringing them to terrace to sell even though the suppliers won't ship it to Terrace because another business has that agreement. Very poor customer service and just plain shady. Very poor business for small town
