I spent at least 4 grand in their store on two high end bows and all the high end attachments, 24 high end arrows, 3 cases and more. They rushed us out the door with bows not tuned in or set up properly. They treated my wife especially poorly and were intolerant of our children being with us. Her Eva Shockey bow was literally unshootable and was set up with optics that were not right for the bow and had to be replaced at our cost. The arrows that she was sent home with were the most expensive ones and were also completely wrong for her bow. We were both beginners at the time and wanted to purchase everything once. We trusted them to be professional and send us on our way with working equipment. I can forgive crummy sales professionals if they are good at their job and do it right. Being taken advantage of is not acceptable and I WILL NOT RETURN. Save yourself the time and go to WOLFS DEN ARCHERY. They cut my wife a deal for her new optics, gave credit for the previously attached optics, set up our bows properly and treated us more than fairly. I don't believe I'd like to do business with anyone else for my future archery needs. Notably, this event occurred 3.5 - 4 years ago and perhaps things have changed for the better. The owner reaching out to me via this review shows a willingness to improve that I do appreciate and commend. Ultimately, in my opinion, its about hiring the right people with the correct knowledge and temperament. Thank-you for reaching out sir.

The bow shop has an decent selection of archery products and the staff is approachable and knowledgeable. But this rating and review is based on my experience with the set up and tuning of a bow I recently purchased there. Being a complete beginner at the time I put all my trust in the bow tech and accepted all of their personal recommendations regarding the set up. Ultimately it was done very poorly, clearly rushed and corners were cut. It is SO important that there is an attention to detail when setting up and tuning a compound bow. Especially when you are giving a bow to an individual who is a complete beginner.

Triggers and Bows has the largest selection firearms; compound bows; crossbows and other assorted items. The staff are well-informed about their products and are very pleasant to deal with. They can help you advise you on what you need and they also have a shooting range located on the premises.

Excellent indoor range...Storefront has a good selection of rifles given these times of fear. Love the key card access and 24 hour booking times...perfect for my work schedule.

Deceiving information and experience. I'm new to the sport and have spent over $5000 so far at Triggers. Went in for the M18 308 exclusive with 4-12x50mm Whiskey 3 scope as advertised on the website. Purchased the gun and later noticed it was a 3-9x40mm on the rifle. Receipt reads a 4-12x50mm was sold to me and the tag/sticker on the rifle box also reads M18 308 with 4-12x50mm Whiskey 3 scope. The box was open when given to me, I'm not sure if that is the norm when buying rifles or shotgun, but other places I have ordered rifles, the box was intact never opened with all items included as advertised. Anyhow there is about one hundred dollar or more difference between scopes and I was told both scopes are the same price and I'd have to preorder for the m18 308 with whiskey 3 4-12 50mm scope, but was charged as if I purchased one and marked up as though I purchased one and nowhere to be found on the website does it state they have the m18 308 with 3-9x40mm. I don't understand, but I am new to the sport and don't know what the standard is, but if a buy a honda civic and it turns out it is a toyota but sold as a honda. That is not the first time I do not get what is advertised there. Shame on me this time I guess. Great looking rifle, however and a local store. Will be buying online form other retailers going forward though, because I am not deceived elsewhere.
