Had siding soffit and fascia installed. 6 out of 8 full pieces of fascia not held on by gutters blew off over time. Pieces of soffit falling off. And pieces of siding coming off first called Tri-west after 2 years of install. Was told warranty was done but they would come look. But it would be a while because they were busy.
No Show!
Called again when the final 3 of six were gone. Said I would pay to have replaced but would like a deal because install was the problem. This time it would be a while because of holidays. I said no problem
No show!
Called a third time and explained about the no shows and laps of so much time, and if they would come and give an estimate. They said no problem would come out and look.
No Show!
Well its now been a long time and I expect to get nothing from Tri -west. So I have gone else where. Just a warning if you find something wrong with your install get on it ASAP and don't let up until fixed.
