They don't know what they are doing. 2 week ago I went to get my first service done for my 2022 Honda Civic touring. They did the oil change and other inspections and said everything's perfect. Few days after I got call and asked to write a good review for them. Yesterday, I had to travel to Sault St Marie and this morning when I started the car, engine had a weird sound and a warning sign popped up(oil pressure warning) So I went to nearest Honda service center. They did the inspection and said engine oil drain plug was loose and leaking also the filter was excessively tight and they changed everything and put fresh oil in it. Service advisor at Great Lakes Honda said "if you have traveled 5km more, there might have been a severe damage and issue. Thankfully I was on time and saved my car. All of this happened because of the carelessness and inexperienced people at Trent Valley Honda. These people are lazy and don't do their job properly. I would highly recommend not to go there and go to the one in Lindsay. I would never go them again and go to Lindsay. How can I believe them again?
