Casey's Propane

Casey's Propane has been great until today when I ran out of propane. The ladies in the office are super nice; however, when I left a message with their answering service after hours and finally got a call back this evening, the man was very rude. His first words were "What's going on there" in a rude tone, insinuating that it's my fault that I ran out of propane. I am on their autofill program, so THEY are supposed to monitor and fill on a regular basis. It's not even the questions he asked, but how he asked them and his tone. This is poor customer service and in this scenario, is horrible. It is very cold out, -13 and going down to -16. I was not treated like a valuable customer, but as an inconvenience. No one wants to be barked at, especially since this is the company's fault. Edit: Found out that the person I spoke with on the phone is the owner. The man who came to fill the tank was nice and came out the same evening. Casey, if you don't like people, perhaps get someone else to deal with them.

We order from Casey's as tenants, otherwise we would be looking for a new provider. The woman at the office is super friendly and has great customer service, and seems to be apologizing for everyone else's mistakes/shortcomings. Everything is so unorganized and unprofessional otherwise. We've had the driver show up on the wrong day with 10 minutes notice and knock our canoe onto the ground with the truck hose without apology (luckily I was here that day to deal with it). They can never give a date/time that is for certain and this is obviously inconvenient. If more competition came into the area, I have no doubt they'd be out of business. If you have a choice, I'd look elsewhere for propane delivery.

Have only been with Casey's one season. So far very happy with their service. What most impressed me was I noticed our tanks were low on the Sunday of a long weekend. Called Casey's and a hour later the truck is backing in my driveway. The owner himself . Explained that they had a couple of trucks breakdown and were a little behind. Couldn't ask for better service than that.

We have been customers of Casey’s propane for almost 10 years now. All their staff office and drivers are polite and accommodating. Always on time and Great customer service! We highly recommend Casey’s propane.

I have been using this company for almost a decade now and I have never had an issue with them. Customer service has always been available even after hours and always helpful and friendly. They have never let me run out of propane even in the worst of weather conditions. As soon as my bill is paid in full they are always out to refill the tank within 1-2days tops. Wouldn't even consider any other companies. Casey's is professional and reliable.

Great customer service!! Had a 30lb tank revalved there in 2019. Used it on a seasonal BBQ, so I've only refilled it once before today. When I took it to Costco to have it filled, it wouldn't take any propqne. I called Casey's and they said to bring it right it. Turns out, through no fault of theirs, that the float inside the valve had broken. They revalved it again, and re stamped it as well, while I waited, at no charge! Thanks, Casey's! You have a customer for life!

HORRIBLE- “AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!” I would rate this company less than zero if I could. We recently moved in to a new residence as tenants. The existing account on premises is with Casey’s. When we called to register we were quoted a lower rate. When we received our first bill the rate we were charged was much higher. Also, the amount of propane supposedly used without the furnace on when that is the only thing that uses propane was unbelievable. We were billed on April 4. We called the company on the weekend and spoke with a friendly lady from the answering service and explained our concerns, she told us to expect a call back on Monday, April 11. We received a call around 10 AM this morning (Apr 11) from Casey himself. We asked him to clear up some questions for us about our concerns. He was extremely rude, he became hotheaded and was yelling over the phone. Our bill was not even past due. Casey became irate saying that if we refused to pay the bill he would have the tanks ripped out immediately. We explained that we were not refusing to pay the bill but wanted some answers. Casey hung up on us. One hour later a Casey’s Propane truck showed up at our residence, and two men came down our driveway saying they had been instructed to come take the tanks immediately. We told them to leave the property and they refused. We told them we were calling the police and they sat in their truck for an hour after that waiting for the police to arrive. OPP were dispatched, but did not intervene as they said it was a “civil matter” and after much discussion and our landlord managing to speak to Casey (he was refusing to speak to them at first) Casey agreed he would not IMMEDIATELY rip out our tanks if we paid our bill by 5 PM today, again we had not even reached the due date yet. We agreed to this in order to keep the tanks. But we will be looking into options with our landlord to change companies. Casey is an inhumane, hot headed RIP OFF ARTIST, and clearly not very intelligent. Casey’s parting words to us even after resolving the immediate dispute were that he will come on our property whenever he wants, and that he will come rip out the tanks whenever he feels like it. I was then further shocked to come on here and find another review by someone who says Casey himself was charged with theft, mischief and vandalism after sabotaging their equipment when they changed companies. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Cheerful "obviously" professionaly owned and operated business. Got my RV propane filled in jig time... from pulling into their ample staging area to pulling out happy and back on the road... 10 minutes max. Recommend this place even if you dont use propane! Drop in for one of their smiles
