β β β β β Decent hotel, the best one in tumbler it seems. A few minor complaints like a broken AC in our room, and dog hair throughout the carpet. Some furniture had been broken and poorly repaired, but in all an attempt was made to make everything presentable. The continental breakfast was standard fare and the breakfast area kept very clean. The hosts are friendly and casual, there is no air of pretense. Just a well run small town hotel at a good price.

β β β β β Staff was great, room was nice and very clean. The gym was a lovely surprise! Best hotel gym Iβve seen with a good amount of free weights & weight plates.

β β β β β They upgraded me and my partner when we accidentally were given someone's room. No fuss which was really nice. The place was clean and comfy and the receptionist had fun ideas of places to check out. Breakfast was bagged (covid), and wasn't bad (egg wrap, muffin and yoghurt cup)

β β β β β Pretty clean with large rooms. Front desk was super friendly. Unfortunately there was no housekeeping and no full hot breakfast due to covid. However they gave little takeout lunch bags of food which had a breakfast wrap, a pastry and yogurt. Parking spots are extra long which comes in handy if you have a truck!

β β β β β Strong high quality furniture! My wife and I tested the structural integrity of every piece of furniture in our room and I have to say, we were very... pleased. It is all load bearing approved. This is definitely not that cheap stuff from Ikea, I've broken that stuff by myself just checking my own oil. I'm sure after quick wipe, everything would look as good as new. Thanks Trend Mountain Hotel, we'll be back after I replenish my electrolytes.

β β β β β Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. I booked the jacuzzi suite for my family to have a getaway. I was told at check in when and where to find the βhot buffet style breakfastβ. In the morning, we went to the breakfast nook to find bottles of water, coffee and cold cereal. When I asked the front desk where the hot breakfast is, she told me βWeβve never had hot breakfast.β So at check in they miscommunicated having hot breakfast. They said they have breakfast to-go bags. When I asked where those were, she mockingly told my family βOh, thatβs unfortunate we donβt have any.β
Really?! I paid $186 for a night and this hotel didnβt provide enough breakfast bags to feed its own guests?!
We wonβt recommend this hotel to anyone.
Upon talking to the manager, we didnβt receive any better service.

β β β β β Stayed at the hotel for a week, bed was so uncomfortable, sleeping in the floor was better than the bed and couch put togetherβ¦ I asked to move or for a new bed and I got told to bad so sad. hot breakfast, not, that was a joke. Better off to bring stuff with you to cook. I had to tell the hotel staff to clean the garbage off the floor because it was starting stink. And I get weed is legal now but shouldnβt be aloud to smoke in the hotel or in the elevator. And wifi sucksβ¦ over all was not happy with my experience.
