★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. All I wanted to know was where the strawberries where, was waiting in line for so long just to ask a question. Even the lady behind me agreed that it’s slow here. The workers seemed rushed and not helpful. I will not be returning to this nursery. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge nursery with wide variety of annuals, perennials, hanging planters, shrubs, trees, etc. that's generally open from April to Christmas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you have a green thumb!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super picky with trees and I wanted two trees that were full volume and already 10ft tall. I found two 10ft tall white pines at the very back corner of their lot (almost missed them) they were from the previous years selection so they were very reasonable in price. Staff definitely knew their stuff and they delivered to Pefferlaw ON a week later and they arrived safe and sound - see pics. Not easy to find trees this large in stock at most garden centres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! The staff really just doesn’t care! I asked a guy about soils and before I can ask a follow up question he had already walked away. I had to run after him. I asked a girl if she could help me carry the plants onto the car because we bought a lot and we couldn’t carry it, she had the most impatient attitude and didn’t even bother trying to hide it. This would have would have been a normal request at sheridans or valley view and the staff there would have gladly helped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place to buy plants specially trees. They will never honour the warranty that they claim to provide at the time of sales. I was given run around after run around and then was told that I planned the tree wrong. My advise is to stay away from this place.

Absolutely inaccurate information is used to reply to my initial post. It is inaccurate that there has been an over a foot of soil. I am neither in-experienced nor stupid. Many other trees including one from Tree valley purchased at the same time are thriving in my front and back yard.
I stand by my assertion that we need to stay away from this place. There are many others who are trying to serve community and are not only after our pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at your garden center today with my family looking to purchase 4 mature trees. The staff working outside were very courteous, respectful and patient while we tagged the trees we wanted to purchase. When we went inside to finalize the purchase and set up a delivery that is when things went down hill. As I waited around by the cash / customer service area, one of your staff members tried to help. She asked Sara if she could set up a delivery and answer my questions at your kiosk and was told a flat out "No" in front of me. Sara, who had been ignoring me prior to this, went on to remind me that gas is expensive and that delivery would cost $400, without even showing any intent to listen to my other concerns. The demeanor and lack of human decency shown by this staff member was so disrespectful that I handed her my tags and left. I was ready to spend $3000 today but will take my business somewhere else that values their customers
