She also sent me home with follow up stretches and acupressure points to use between our sessions. I highly recommend her and will certainly be scheduling follow up visits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Page Allison is a gift to the Kootenays. She has managed to work her magic with this body, and get my old injuries and new ones right back in line so I can run again. She goes over and above with every appointment sending me additional information and ideas for my training and recovery.....referring me for orthotics and even researching the newest running shoes that might work best for me. If you want someone to listen and who has an incredible knowledge of Athletic Therapy and Acupuncture, you cannot do better than Page Allison

Since seeing Page, with her recommendations of specific exercises to follow as well as accupuncture treatments, my pain has reduced significantly. Page is professional and has a very caring nature. I returned to see Page and will continue to make appointments with her. Not only was the experience great, my recovery was fast and amazing! Going from being in so much pain to no pain at all. Page not only treated me with acupuncture in her studio but also educated me to complete at home exercises daily. Overall my experience was wonderful. Thank you Page.
