Victor is the man to see for your needs. He is amazing. I moved away from Stoney Creek I tried another therapist and I did not get the amazing results that I get from Victor. I will make that travel to Hamilton in the future to have him do my treatments.

I cannot say enough good things about RMT Antonio (where have you been my entire life?). He uses deep pressure with excellent technique. Not much small talk, which is perfect for me. I had a chiropractic treatment and that was very good too with Dr. Dan Srouji. Prices are very reasonable and they do direct billing.

Massage Addict Stoney Creek is a wonderful and professional office. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and the massage therapists always provide exception service. At the end of each appointment I feel relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to go with my day. I highly recommend your next registered massage with this group!

Thank you for the great opportunity to work at Massage Addict for the last two years. It is the best place to work for. Matt and Chris takes an amazing care of their therapists. I experience a great and valuable support through hard time during my son and my own sickness. I am very humbled by their continuous support. Thank you for the front desk support as well, as they manage all the therapist and clients in a very professional manner. Thank you for the amazing fellows RMT that I had the privilege and honor to work with. They are very knowledgeable and their aim is to deliver the best treatment for the clients well being. First I like to mention that first impressions matter. Do not expect a welcoming smile or a nice hello. The receptionist is the person that represents the company, but she is Absolutely terrible! She has no politeness and is very unwelcoming. Walked in for my first time appointment on a very rainy day; walked in 13 minutes prior to my appointment thinking that I should give myself a bit of extra time to complete the medical forms that are required to complete prior to the appointment There is a sign on the door that says to come in only 5 minutes prior, but since I had to complete the medical questionnaire I figured to give myself some extra time. The receptionist with dark hair gives me the forms, only two pages and one was just COVID screening ( not hard and easy to fill out) but since it was my first time I did not know. Very rudely she tells me to go fill out the forms in my car or to go to the building next door “ even though there was NOBODY in the waiting room at that time; I told her the forms will get wet but…She looked at me with a oh well attitude. The second helper or receptionist was nicer, I can tell she tried to do a polite recovery but the damage was already done. Walked to my car but truly questioned if should even bother returning in, I mean who wants to pay there money in such a rude place. All she had to say was the forms aren’t long, if you come back in 8 more minutes, there will be plenty of time, but she didn’t. I recommend not trying to make an appointment over the phone because they barely pick up the phone, don’t leave a voicemail because they don’t ever return messages. If you get someone to answer, trust me, they tell you they are completely booked and don’t even offer you other dates. Just booked online! My RMT Stephani was wonderful and professional, One of the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! This is the only reason and I am giving 4 stars to this place. The RMTs shouldn’t get blamed for the horrible receptionist they have.

Amazingly clean, quiet and professional. I love the private rooms instead of curtain separated beds. Great place to feel comfortable and relaxed.

I had an appointment at the paramount location of massage addict of Hamilton, Ontario for myself and my partner, we filled out our forms and finished our appointments when they informed us they neither of us were covered by insurance which is NOT true they incorrectly put through our insurance after that initial hassle they informed us that my Partner was covered by insurance but I was NOT(this appeared very strange to me seeing I have been covered by my insurance at another massage addict location with no issues), at this point they told me they cannot give me a reason why, it is nothing on their end or a mistake and REPEATED told me “I am not the insurance company ask them” NUMEROUS times, I asked to see my paperwork to ensure there was no unintentional errors made which was an EXTREME hassle and again repeated “I am not the insurance company this is NOT a problem on my end” and we were encouraged to leave and call our insurance. We paid, left and I immediately spoke with our insurance company which she confirmed I am covered and it MUST be a mistake on their part.. so to go back and demand to see the paperwork and correct it or else it will not be covered if it was an error. So I returned to the location and told them I spoke with the insurance company and it must be a problem on their part, the receptionist DID NOT apologize but continued to argue with me, eventually I came to the realization once FINALLY receiving my paperwork that she had misspelt my last name and my birthday.. after not allowing me to double check and telling me multiple times it was “definitely not her fault”. Once I spelt my name properly for her she AGAIN entered it incorrectly into my records once I corrected her she began arguing with me telling me that “I do not know how to communicate because I am frustrated and they are health professionals who need to know my proper information to treat me properly” and still did NOT apologize and continued to say “this is not my fault this is your lack of ability to communicate so it is your fault”. I at this point was extremely irritated and frustrated due to the errors being purely on her inability to translate the information from my paperwork to the computer properly and has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my health care treat; I am a self initiated speciality practicing dental hygienist I am very well versed in communication as well as health care treatment so I do not appreciate being spoken down, I deal with insurance DAILY so I know how SIMPLE it is, but we all make mistakes BUT I would NEVER treat a patient this way when I am at fault(I would never speak to a patient that way even if they are at fault) Once this receptionist finally got my first and last name spelt correctly she then sent off my claim again which was refused AGAIN due to her ONCE AGAIN miswriting my birth date; so I again gave her the proper date which she then repeated back to me again another INCORRECT birth date! Finally, sending off my claim to the insurance company and it being accepted, she than had to refund our money which took her close to 45-55 mins.. we had appointments that we had to reschedule due to this lack of education on how to properly handle the finances; once refunding us our money she refunded us an incorrect amount.. she was supposed to refund around $75 which she instead refunded $77.77, still not apologizing which we at this point we’re very behind so we accepted the situation for what it was and left. This interaction was incredibly ridiculous, rude, offputing, and disappointing. I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be returning to Massage Addict, this employee(she was a young, blonde receptionist with long eyelash extensions short to average height probably around 23-29) extremely uneducated, embarrassing, and rude; our interaction was more than enough to keep me from coming back. I am extremely disappointed for the bar set for your employees, treatment of patients, and environment created by staff; honestly quite embarrassing and ignorant. Sent from my iPhone

I am very impressed! I was dealing with a bad back this past week and had a massage booked with Brett last night. Amazing! He was so kind and professional, made me feel totally comfortable, and helped ease my backpain. I appreciated the hard pressure and feel a million times better today! Thanks Brett! I'll definitely be back!
