★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using the services of Heal, Health & Performance for the last 3 months right after knee surgery. Vanessa, the physiotherapist, has been excellent. She is always mindful of my injury, but also able to stretch me in what I can do with my new knee. She gave me good exercises to do at home and works with my flexibility in office. She is positive, encouraging and a pleasure even when she is pushing me to my limits (and maybe a little bit more!). I have also used the services of Victoria for massage. She is ever respectful and has greatly helped in the healing of my knee. I have recommended their services to so many people. I am so pleased I found them just at the right time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Heal Health & Performance. Before coming to Heal I was struggling with a lot of body aches and pain. I started seeing the Osteopath, Annette. Annette really took the time to assess my injuries and really got to the root of the problem. I have really noticed a difference. She is very knowledgeable and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Karen, Vanessa & Victoria are awesome! They were able to piece me back together and give me back mobility and quality of life that I had been missing for years. I was a 30 year old feeling like a 60 year old and now I'm able to be active again and pain free. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been looking for a massage therapist in the Hamilton area and based on google reviews – decided to try this location. I had Victoria for a 60 minute massage to work on my shoulder/lower back tension due to long hours of sitting at a computer desk. Victoria was amazing - she was very attentive, explained her method and walked through what was expected of my first visit. Definitely will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always heard great things about visiting an Osteopath but I did not expect it to be such a relieving appointment. I booked a visit with Annette who exceeded my expectations. From the moment we began the appointment, Annette was thorough and explained everything to me. I have had years of upper back pain & by the time my 1 hour appointment was over, I instantly felt relief. I will continue to see Annette & refer her to my family & friends. Thank you so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Dr. Webb (Naturopath) enough! I started seeing her for trouble with my hormones, and I whole heartedly believe that my husband and I wouldn't be expecting our first baby if it weren't for Dr. Webb!
She walked me through my bloodwork results so that I could understand the ins and outs, and she recommended supplements and lifestyle changes that helped so much. She was so empathetic to what I was feeling, and her knowledge and confidence made me feel so at peace and trusting.
After only a few months, we saw results and now are 4 months pregnant... all thanks to her!!! I am continuing to see Dr. Webb so that I am confident I am doing the right things during pregnancy... I get more information in one appointment with her than I have so far in 4 months from my family doctor... there is no comparison!
I am so thankful for Dr. Webb: she becomes part of your team and you can tell she really cares about you!

A couple of sessions in with massage therapist Sonavy Tith and I am feeling top notch. Cannot recommend enough - continues to be a great experience.
