I did appreciate how it's an extra security though. Our room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable. Our toilet seat easily came off. Breakfast is your standard muffins, cereal, fruit and a waffle maker. Still better than paper bag Breakfasts because of COVID-19 recommendation; there should be a designated hour of pool/hotel time for just adults.

R	Richard Clemens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pools were nice, breakfast was fine. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were soft, good water pressure in the shower, lots of hot water. The staff was good when we talked with them. There were 12 cars in the parking lot at most during our 3 night stay, so it definitely wasn't busy by any stretch. No housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Even after requested, we still had to go get new towels from the front desk. The shower has good pressure, but sprays down in a stream with no way to make it better. The sheets don't fit the bed correctly, even with the elastic straps across the corner, we still had to put them back on atleast once a night. Toilet lid was constantly popping off. Parts of the hotel show its age, but some renovations are being done (or looked like it... never actually saw anyone). Good location with lots of parking. Was mostly quiet during our stay. Should have an adult only time for the hot tub. Only had other people in the pool area once while we were there, but kids were splashing in the hot tub after 9pm.

S	S McClellan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked last minute and this wasn't bad at all! The pillows were super comfy, and I had a good night's sleep. Coffee machine, microwave, and mini fridge were in fine working order in our room. Bathroom was pretty standard, no complaints and I mad myself a good hot bath while there. Loved the free breakfast! Had a waffle maker and everything. The only thing i didnt like is I was asked to put an additional $50 damage deposit on a credit card when I checked in. I didn't see any mention of this when I booked online. I don't have a credit card, so they were about to ask me to find $250 in cash but my friend just used his card. I would have been SOL without him there.
T	Truth Renaissance on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent this past Friday night at this place. Here are my pros and cons. Pros - staff that we interacted with were courteous and professional, first via phone to make the reservation and then onsite. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked. Cons - Carpets and overall state of the common areas needs a thorough cleaning or replacement. Cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to where they put their "cart" of supplies. We checked in around 4 pm which normally we would not see cleaning staff, however we understand that there are staffing issues everywhere but the staff should ensure the hallways are not obstructed by their carts. The actual room - Bathtub EXTREMELY slippery, thank goodness for the grab bar. Grout in tiles in bathtub/shower black. Towels - not absorbent at all, they just slide over the body. Ceiling fan - dirty Toilet ran continuously so had to shut the bathroom door to sleep. Pillows - not sure what they spray on them but they have a scent to them so had to put a towel around the pillow to get any sleep. Interesting that the sheets did not have the same smell.
