Come apply for job ask her a question she refuse to answer act like she didn't hear. We need to be more professional to be honest you guys need to place someone who can communicate better she's rolling her eyes on people. NOT RECOMMENDED PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS OFFICE ?????❌❌❌❌❌

We Haul Movers Best Moving Company in Montreal on Google

I requested a mover for 8:00 a.m. I called the agency at 8:30 a.m. when there was still no one at the job site. Stacey Jean told me she'd get back to me in five minutes. Twenty minutes later when she still did not get back to me I called her. She still didn't know what was happening. I called back several times over the next two hours and no one at the office sounded like they took my situation very seriously. It's not like someone was dying but my work is still important to me. I wish they had conveyed it was important to them as well.
The replacement worker arrived at noon. He had no experience with moving although Stacey Jean assured me that I would have a trained mover. The original guy was given my number but it was not the correct one so he couldn't reach me to confirm what had happend.
After all of these mistakes that Travail Global made, they still charged me for the worker. One of the office people asked me, "If he was so bad why did you keep him?" Because I couldn't find a replacement when I was on a job site myself! I did use the same guy the next morning to give the agency a second chance but the guy still showed up 30 minutes late. I understand they can't control the people they hire but the agency can certainly take responsibility instead of just charging for their bad service.

After I gain so many experience and get well trained in the company they sent me. I find my job as the warehouse supervisor and gain 28$ an hour with all the benefits. Thank you so much for your help.???
