★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N’y allez pas en période fiscale je vous le déconseille. Il a fait ma déclaration mais ne la jamais envoyé. J’ai du appeler tous les jours et me déplacer. De plus le numéro est souvent sur répondeur. Finalement j’ai du envoyer ma demande moi même. En gros j’ai payé pour rien. Aucun service à la clientèle. J’ignore les logiciels qu’ils utilisent pour envoyer leur demandes mais ils doivent revoir leur service à la clientèle.

Après verification, l'ARQ me rembourse 631$. Et le beninois celui qui entret mes donnees me contact après mon passage à leur bureau pour me draguer. Non mais plus jamais. Sinon ils sont tres gentils acceuillant mais pas concentres.
