★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People complain about this escalator not working or waiting times for buses. But the station is doing what it's supposed to be doing. It has an elevator for people with reduced mobility.
Are you gonna go to another station because of those problems? No. It's still doing what it's meant to be doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the last 25+ years that I've been using this station regularly, I've never had any major issues. Easy to get around, signs are clear and employees are helpful and kind. However, there have been quite a few changes in the past 10 years that changed the metro station for the worst. Most garbage cans have been removed (only 4 left, all of which are near the turnstiles, instead of being spread around. Past the turnstiles, you have to hold on to your trash I guess) and the buses arrive late way too often. Once, a bus arrived 45 min late (at rush hour, no less). By then, there were so many people that it filled up way too fast, so I didn't even bother getting on because I hate tight spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station is really dirty and most of the escalators are shut down. There is allot of construction around the station right now. It is not practical. The bus drivers over there are always in a hurry. I miss the bus alot of the time. I do not recommend to get off at this station. ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review of the STM in general: Worst service ever, worst customer service ever, bus drivers feel all entitled with a lot of attitude problems. I hope the STM goes under or gets hit financially but I know it will never happen because the government will always bail them out. The amount of bad drivers is frightening and some of them don't even abide by the basic rules of public driving. It's a shame of a company. STM GFYG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the 2 Montreal Metro Orange line terminus and it's pretty crowded mainly because it is served with many busses from the Saint-Laurent borough & West Island, but also have some STL & EXO busses. It is near Vanier College and the intersection of 2 major streets: Cote-Vertu & Decarie. There's a strip mall along with many restaurants, services & groceries nearby. Not so pretty aesthetically, with the orange tiles and the constant maintenance but it is accessible to everyone with the stairs, escalators & elevators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cote-Vertu station is a decent station.
What I don't like about this station is that it is pretty small for a Termnius. There are a lot of people at this station and it can get busy and crowded fast at this station.
Sometimes the station feels a little bit old and rundowned. They should have renovated and make it sustainable environmentally and for Climate Change purposes.
The nice things about this station is that there are Elevators and buses here are sometimes a hassle to catch but it goes pretty fast if you are patient or have other options to take.
All in all. A nice station and important as well since it serves a good part of the city. Hope to see changes and I prevents to all in the near future.
