★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my dehumidifier in for repair and the next day I received a call from Kevin who advised me there is a recall for my Danby unit. Not only did he fill out the recall forms for me but he sent it away to Danby to receive my return cheque and also etransfered back my deposit the same evening. I will definitely be returning if I have any future repairs here. Great customer service all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a couple parts of my LG stove replaced, and decided to go with Tras Appliance from the list provided by LG, since they where located near my home. From my first encounter to last, the company provided amazing customer service. Both times the repair person came he did a great job. I would highly recommend them, if given as an option for warranty repair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fridge was not cooling anymore. I called them to help with my issue, they returned my call quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate. The tech Sanjay arrived when they said he would and completed the repair. He wore a mask, kept his distance and the price was exactly what we spoke about on the phone. I would recommend!

The repairman unfortunately was unable to fix the machine despite two attempts. The machine was unrepairable. Tras Appliances graciously gave me options so that the cost to determine the problem was very reasonable. I highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Fridge was not cooling. I call TRAS and they advised all possible issue and tried to help over the phone. Very good service. I booked the tech for repairs as they are referred by LG and they fixed the issue quickly and for a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! My 2 year old LG dishwasher had a fault with its Vario motor but thankfully it was still within the extended warranty period. LG helped me set up an appointment with TRAS and within the same day, somebody from TRAS reached out to confirm my appointment.
Joe, the technician came right on time and was very attentive and careful about the repair. He made sure he pulled the dishwasher out without damaging other appliances or the floor. After the repair, he re-installed the dishwasher and made sure it was seamlessly installed so it looked like nothing ever happened!
I highly recommend TRAS for appliance repairs!
