★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!!! Quel service! On a adoré le professionnalisme de cette compagnie de transport! Bon rapport qualité-prix ( on a appelé à différente cie avant de réserver avec eux) très professionnel ( l’auto est vérifiée avant le départ et à l’arrivée). Avec un vol de 3 heures, on arrive top shape en Floride et ils nous attendent pour nous amener à notre auto. Jamais plus de longues journée à conduire. C’est parfait pour nous! Un beau merci spécial à Roxane!
 Wow !!! What service! We loved the professionalism of this transport company! Good value for money (we called a different company before booking with them) very professional (the car is checked before departure and on arrival). With a 3 hour flight, we arrived in Florida in top shape and they were waiting to bring us to our car. No more long days driving. It's perfect for us! A nice special thank you to Roxane!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais obtenu une soumission verbale pour le transport de mes boîtes pour le retour de la Floride. Un prix fixe m'avait été donné. Lorsque je reçois la facture il y a aussi des frais horaires pour le temps de chargement et déchargement et un frais d'entreposage de matériel.
En plus du fait que je n'avais pas été avisée de ces frais, les heures chargées sont le double du temps réel de chargement.
J'ai communiqué mon insatisfaction au responsable qui m'assure que ces frais m'ont été mentionné. La personne qui m'avait fait la soumission ne travaille plus pour la compagnie et je suis certaine que ces frais ne m'ont pas été mentionnés. Sinon je n'aurais pas été surprise de les voir... Il y a aussi eu de la confusion par rapport à l'heure d'arrivée du camion de déménagement. J'ai aussi dû appeler à quelques reprises pour avoir la facture en question qui m'a finalement été envoyée dernière minute. J'ai dû payer la facture car j'avais engagé quelqu'un qui allait chercher les boîtes le jour même. Les erreurs sont humaines mais l'important selon moi est de les reconnaître.
I had obtained a verbal quote for transporting my boxes back from Florida. A fixed price had been given to me. When I receive the invoice there is also an hourly charge for loading and unloading time and a material storage charge.
In addition to the fact that I was not notified of these charges, the busy hours are double the actual charging time.
I communicated my dissatisfaction to the manager who assures me that these costs have been mentioned to me. The person who made the quote to me no longer works for the company and I am sure these charges were not mentioned to me. Otherwise I wouldn't have been surprised to see them ... There was also some confusion regarding the arrival time of the moving truck. I also had to call a few times to get the invoice in question which was finally sent to me last minute. I had to pay the bill because I had hired someone to pick up the boxes the same day. Errors are human but the important thing in my opinion is to recognize them.

J'ai travaillé la comme chauffeur, le boss, enleve 500$ sur ta paye si il y a un dommage sur un véhicule et par véhicule durant le transport!!!
Même si ces lui qui a placé le véhicule et te dit go ces ok!!!
C'est illégal!!! Il y a des lois!!!
En plus garde mon micro-ondes en me disant qu'il me la payé quand ces pas a vendre et rien reçu de lui!!!!
Un VOLEUR!!!
De plus ne fait aucun entretien de sa flotte, attend toujours que sa casse avant de faire de quoi!!!

We received our two motorcycles in Daytona on Wednesday January 12, 2022. My wife's motorcycle did not leave, but the driver Marcel Veillette did everything to help us start his motorcycle, which we succeeded with his help. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ont bossé l'aile de mon camion et déchiré un pneu. D'après le camionneur ce n'est pas lui mais par pur hasard, mon pneu est taché orange... la même couleur que son camion. Il me dit d'appeler le bureau pour les réclamations mais aucune réponse après 4 appels et 4 courriels... le dossier est rendu aux petites créances. EVITEZ cette compagnie ils sont misérables.
They dented the fender of my truck and ripped a tire. According to the trucker it's not him but by pure chance, my tire is stained orange... the same color as his truck. He told me to call the claims office but no response after 4 calls and 4 emails...the file went to small claims. AVOID this company they are miserable.
