Il fallait faire un "reset" du système et je n'aurais jamais su comment. C'est plus qu'un excellent service. Il se souciait réellement de ma problématique, même si je n'avais pas acheté mes équipements chez Valco. Mon objectif, lui recommander le plus de personnes possible! Merci Yan. Sincèrement.

Yan, the owner of the business, was incredibly patient and helped me solve my problem from a distance (I suddenly ran out of water). We had to do a "reset" of the system and I would never have known how. It's more than great service. He really cared about my problem, even though I had not purchased my equipment from Valco.
