Des oublis et parfois erreurs innombrables de leur part et en plus, ils osent tenter de nous mettre ces erreurs sur le dos. C'est une perte de temps, vaut mieux aller cherxher et voir directement tout ce qui manque à votre commande et une charge mentale supplémentaire à la maladie Service à la clientèle non courtois et limite irrespectueux en prime. Fuyez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait une demande de renouvellement via l'application aujourd'hui. J'ai spécifiquement demandé le générique de ALESSE, soit Alysena. On m'a tout de même servi l'original ALESSE pour me charger les 16.53$ d'excedent RAMQ sur les 3 mois de service. Cest extrêmement décevant venant de vous tous. J'ai toujours pris des médicaments génériques pour m'éviter des frais si vous étiez allé voir dans mon historique de renouvellements. Si vous m'en passez une petite vite de la sorte, c'est certain que vous le faites aussi à d'autres qui n'en ont pas les moyens. Je n'ai pas été avisée du changement ni d'une rupture d'inventaire, ce qui aurait pu expliquer le changement.
I applied for renewal through the app today. I specifically asked for the ALESSE generic, Alysena. I was still served the original ALESSE to charge me the $16.53 RAMQ excess over the 3 months of service. This is extremely disappointing coming from all of you. I've always taken generic drugs to save me fees if you went to see my refill history. If you give me a quick one like this, it's certain that you also do it to others who can't afford it. I was not notified of the change or of an inventory shortage, which could have explained the change.
