We called on Epursol to empty our septic tank. Courteous service by the lady who gave us the appointment, quick availability. The technician who came to do the oil change was quick, efficient and SUPER friendly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They no-showed on three occasions. When I tried to inquire the status of the service I had booked, I was put on hold for ten minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Took a morning off work and no one showed. Was told I was first one on list for the morning.Called three times and only after third call they told me driver called in sick. Technician also never showed or called. No consideration. Left two messages with supervisor and he did not return call. Told they have a inspection service that’s cheaper because the tech gives a verbal report. So who pays my 4hrs lost? Still need septic emptied and field inspected. Make it right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took the liberty to charge my credit card more than what was agreed upon. They did not advise me of this new amount, thus fraudulant transactions are not acceptable. If you opt to pay them choose interact or cash as they have no respect and will charge whatever they want without notice.
