★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been bringing my car here for around 6 years now. Any repairs or tire swapping I do comes to this location. A little far from where I am but worth it. I trust their team and leadership to handle any issues professionally, and have multiple times earned my trust by resolving issues without suggesting unnecessary extras to increase price. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else on the west side.

Since Mid-late 2021 I have started using Trail Tire for my vehicle maintenance and repairs.
I have also chosen to refer this particular location to others, and bring other people's vehicles in emergency situations.
As in life, not ALL of the repairs have gone smoothly.
I want to take the time to acknowledge the efforts by staff to resolve the issues whilst impacting me as little as possible.
I do realize that stuff happens.
Thanks for your respect and patience when I was not a happy customer, and for your efforts to expedite the repairs today, and compensate on the final bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people. They Let me use their interior shop air hose for free to fill my tires when it was -25C outside. Outside air hose appears to be permanently disabled. I look forward to taking my car there someday to try out their mechanic/repair services. You get what you give. Thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been taking my vehicles here since 2018. Normally the service is adequate however recently I have had some very negative experiences. I spent about $4k on my Jeep to get the transmission fixed, the engine light came on the next day. It has not been on since but these guys offered no explanation other than ??♂️ . This week I brought my Jeep in to get a flat tire fixed and change the winter tires over to the summer tires. I have a full sized spare on a rim that it came in on. What they did was take my perfectly good spare tire off, put a summer tire on the spare tire rim, and leave my flat winter tire on the rim. This left me with no usable spare tire and also the inability to store the tire. I had to pickup my wife and dog that day so they had fun riding around with a spare tire in the back; I’m sure that’s not a safety hazard or anything.. It changed back they were going to charge me for replacing it! Not my fault they changed my fully sized spare off its rim is it? Lastly, I left my other cat there for an oil change at 830am, they called me at 4:28 saying it was ready for pickup. They close at 5. We are leaving on a 13 day trip so I couldn’t pack my vehicle the night before. Bon chance, I guess fellas? After over 5 years of patronage I expect better, call me the dummy for going back time and again I suppose. If the owners want me to post photos of my receipts please let me know. Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting an oil change (at a different body shop) and finding out my front right tire was compromised, Graham got me in for a rush appointment, same day, to replace the tire. I am especially appreciative as it is currently busy season for people switching their winter to summer tires. He went above and beyond and offered extremely competitive pricing. I have a long daily commute and feel relief knowing that my tires are all now in good condition thanks to Trail Tire and Graham.
