I had originally bought a stackable washer/dryer set at Best Buy in Vancouver, and they had delivered THREE badly damaged machines over a three week period. I was at my wits end, and finally decided to get a refund and shop somewhere else. From the moment I walked in to Trail I got the sense that I would be much better served there than at Best Buy. I was approached immediately by Siti, who helped me choose what I wanted, and very smoothly and efficiently processed the purchase (a compact Samsung set). The machines were delivered the following Monday - I only had to wait over the weekend - and the installation crew was proficient, professional, and most helpful. They also took away my old washer/dryer. Siti followed up later to make sure that everything had gone smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending this store very highly, and I will definitely shop there again next tine I need a new appliance. Thank you Siti!

We called and spoke to Siti the salesman and he advised he has a couple in clearance and some brand new in the box, so we headed there immediately, Siti showed us the Fridges, and gave us a great deal! Siti was very helpful and friendly. The best news is we were able to take our fridge home the same day. The guys in the warehouse wrapped up our fridge very well and loaded into our trailer for transport home. I would recommend Trail appliances to everyone, we had a great salesman Siti, and staff in the loading bay were great too.

I would say they seem fairly transparent with the damage to the item (sometimes just cosmetic) to justify the prices. Was happy with the refrigerator we bought here & the sales process, but the delivery felt amateur-ish compared to Home depot deliveries (hence the loss of 2 stars). The delivery people seemed like they'd never moved a large refrigerator into a house before & complained that it was a difficult job that will take a long time. They damaged the door frame putting back the soft door closer (which they had removed during the delivery). Still waiting to hear back from the store whether they will compensate over a week later.

I walked into their store and Siti –from their sales team–greeted me, I told him what I needed and he listened carefully. He didn't want to make a quick sell, but to make sure he understood my needs. Siti did all the legwork of finding the four appliances I asked for. A stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. I just stood there and watch him work his magic. I even asked for delivery, installation and haul. No problem, he scheduled right away. And this was a big one for me, because most of the websites will deliver in 4 to 8 weeks. I couldn't wait that long, and they either don't deliver, or don't do the haul part. On our scheduled day, I had the delivery boys and the installation person, both punctual and professional. They asked me questions that I had no answer for and I called Sity again, and he took care of it. This is the great experience everyone should have when shopping for their appliances. Courteous, professional, great products, delivery time, and prices. This is the place to go, and the experts to talk to. Thank you to the Trail appliances team, in particular to Siti.
