Lost applications, lost work orders, lost insurance documents, lost emails (or so they claim but actually John wasn't in office for two weeks according to his voice mail message so no one was looking after the multiple co-ops he manages). High staff turnover so we don't have a concierge as promised, no contact hours posted for the last two months. They don't deliver on the promises they made when they presented to our co-op. SPICE often sends termination notices by mistake!

But the concierge that SPICE provided was very knowledgeable about the financial statements, which helped my understanding quite a bit. The transparency, suggestions, and point of order is very informative and helps us with our decision making. Thanks!
