They are easy to talk to and quick to respond to get the job done in a timely matter! I like how they are always available and easy to get ahold of if there is an emergency or if I am just inquiring about an issue. Chris and Joel always seems to do their best in obtaining the best quotes possible for our complex before we choose a service we need to have done. Our financials always seem to be in order and we haven't had to question them about anything yet. We live in a 9 unit complex and I highly recommend Fort Park as a Property manager.

He organized them efficiently and within a few days, I viewed the place that I ended up buying. A few years later, when I moved away to another city, Chris helped me quickly sell my condo, setting up many appointments and getting all the paperwork done correctly. Chris is very knowledgeable with plenty of experience in Vancouver properties. If you want to buy/sell/rent in Vancouver, then go with Fort Park to do the work for you so you can focus on other aspects of your life.

Chris and team helped manage a very challenging transition from our previous PM firm (which although is a well known name in industry, struggled to provide us with very basic and essential services). Also to note, Chris is very careful when onboarding new employees as he gives them time to learn and get exposure. This is not common in industry and I can say is very appreciated by us, the customers.

Previously we were with a larger property management company whose service and communication were, unfortunately, bordering on non-existent! We knew it was time for a major change when they audaciously requested a 100% fee increase! Many other companies declined to represent small stratas such as ours. But Fort Park, a “boutique” property management company, stepped up and the difference could not be starker. The owners, Chris Stepchuk, and Joel Murdoch, along with their team are diligent, professional, responsive, approachable, and proactive. Having direct communication with them also ensures our concerns are personally addressed. Emails are responded to within 24 hours; vendors are sourced, estimates acquired and service scheduled promptly; financial statements are on-time and invoices are forwarded for review and approval; while a maintenance calendar is monitored service is oftentimes arranged ahead of time; reminders of “things to do” are frequently suggested and alternate ideas are discussed with Council. These are some of their usual business practices not upheld by many property management companies. Fort Park’s reliable and consistent support provides a tremendous sense of comfort and confidence to our strata and owners. As the council president, I highly recommend their services to any strata seeking an effective and efficient management company.

Chris provided the services estimate within hours and the services were priced reasonably. The transition from previous property management was fully taken care by him without council intervention. Considering that this is an older building, Fort Park inherited quite a problematic strata. However, Chris and his team managed to organize the business in the efficient manner. They are very responsive, efficient, and professional; they take care of any issues quickly and make sure that council is well informed about possible options. They are more than willing to go an extra mile to ensure the best results. Also, they transitioned old fashioned paper based system to electronic where any owner can see related information or report issues. We strongly recommend Fort Park because they provide a very reliable and high quality service.
