★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but good things to say about Sid and team here. I came in for a sprain in my leg and was quickly on the road to recovery. Sid made sure I was pushing myself to a reasonable limit without making anything worse and the exercises they taught me were quite intuitive and fairly easy to remember.

The clinic had great reviews, so I decided to try them. My massage therapist, Jaro, was great. His knowledge, skills and professionalism are exceptional. Everything from the chosen music and ambience to Jaro's attention to detail delivers a depth of healing, relaxation and experience. I feel grateful and blessed to find this gem. I can not recommend it more highly.

He would constantly research and provide exercises and therapy to meet my limitations and needs.I still have a long road to recovery but with Sid's guidance I am confident to get there. I would definitely recommend Sid . Thanks to Louanne, friendly and graceful receptionist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for physio treatment and I would like to say that I like my physiotherapist Christine because she takes the time with my treatment and it’s tailored to my needs. I feel that she truly cares about her patients and has significantly helped my issues. I learned to do exercises I can do at home and she’s encouraged me a whole lot. Also the clinic has a nice welcoming .
