He facilitates the casting to make the orthotic which resulted in a better quality orthotic compared to previous orthotics I have had over the years. He provided detailed paperwork that allowed an easy and efficient experience working with my insurance provider. It seemed like a reasonable amount of time to get my orthotics as well. Overall would recommend Eric to all.

As a teacher, I always need to wear properly made orthotics and this is the place to come! I had orthotics made in the past by places in Mississauga and the fit was not always the best. I have recommended this place to colleagues. Eric is extremely professional and has told me to come back to have the orthotics adjusted if needed but I have never had to do this. As a teacher I would give this place an A+ for well made orthotics!!

The treated nails are now brittle and sensitive. Too thin. At one point I advised him of sensitivity. He continued and hit the area again with the rotary tool. I will never go there again. The one star is only because zero stars isn't an option.
