★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnace broke down over the weekend and needed to be replaced. Initial estimate for installation of replacement furnace was 1-week lead time. They made arrangements to accommodate us the earliest possible time. Instead of waiting 1 week, we only waited for 1 day.
Performed the install as scheduled. They were very professional, tidied up after they finished. Set up the system and answered our questions.
Kudos to Jun, Angelo, Tracy, and the whole team.

Everyone was very professional and easy to talk too providing all the different replacement options. I enjoyed the email billing/receipt and use of texting instead of phone calls.

Everything was very transparent, anything that looked like it might be or could be an issue was brought up and discussed. Providing alternative solutions and cost involving the possible changes. An added bonus, they were quiet enough in the morning that my 3yr old wasn't woken up, despite being sensitive to sounds.
They were awesome and highly recommend their use.

A year later, they called to do a check up and it was the same technician who installed the year before. He was masked up and was professional in his demeanor. We will definitely use tradesman in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have to give tradesman 5 stars. My furnace was not working last week when it was -30. Tradesman made it to my house around 11pm and was able to fix the problem. I was provided with 3 space heaters from them. The technician was very nice and explained the repair . I was even giving a follow up call by 2 different employees the next day.

Our furnace started making an unusual noise in February, so we called them to check it out. Matt #1 came out to inspect and said we needed to replace a motor. As the furnace was quite old and the motor cost about 1/5th of a new furnace cost, we decided to replace it. We were given lots of information to make a decision, and no sales pressure - didn't feel pushed into the sale at all.
The next week (based on our scheduling needs) Matt #2 came out to install the new furnace - it took one day, and passed both city and hydro inspections perfectly. Hydro saw a tiny water leak, which they said was common after a new install. Tradesman came out promptly to tighten clamps.
The whole experience was pleasant, all service people we dealt with were professional, friendly and informative. The new furnace is running perfectly. We're very happy to be dealing with Tradesman! Thank you!

Everyone from the install team to the office staff! They were very efficient and answered any questions I had. I really like that you're able to text them anytime and they are always quick to respond. They were able to get our install done within a couple of days of our original quote! Fantastic service! Highly recommended!
