★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC went out on a long weekend and I called 2 places, after being put on hold for a second time I called Tradecraft Heating and Cooling. Wes picked up on the second ring. He sent a technician the next day who determined I needed a new AC which was ordered and installed after the holiday Monday. They were on time and installed the AC with professionalism. I am very pleased with the service. Happy my home is cool. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a cold call to these guys to help us out with our furnace. Techs showed up on time and diagnosed the issue immediately. The repair was a minor one that typically carries the usual surcharge-charge-travel time, ect. Went to settle up and was pleasantly surprised that the billing was done fair and more than resonable. Best value for your maintenance dollar.

Throughout the process of installing a new heating system for us, Wes and his team were very professional and courteous, and were always willing to answer any questions we had. They do excellent work, and their customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wes Bortolon was able to recommend a great air conditioner and furnace that was perfect for our house and budget! I got 3 quotes and his was notably the best. He was always available when we called him and able to answer all our questions. We booked the install on Monday and everything was done by Wednesday.
The installers were on time, respectful and worked quickly (everything installed in one day). They were also able to resolve an install problem due to our basement ceiling.
Definitely would recommend Tradecraft Mechanical! Great value, customer service and they’re local!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My heater stopped working over the Christmas holidays. Wes was still able to send a technician out within a few hours. Chris quickly installed a part so that I would have heat until the new year, when a new furnace could be installed. I was offered a good price and ended up getting a new a/c unit installed at the same time.
They were very accommodating with scheduling the install, even arriving early in the morning so I would not be late for work. The technicians that attended were prompt and courteous and they answered all of my questions.
Overall I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used TradeCraft to install air conditioning in the mid century bungalow we recently purchased. We were impressed by the professionalism and skill level of the crew so had them install our new furnace, an on demand water heater and all new ductwork. In the process, we also got gas lines for a barbecue and fireplace installed. The manifold they created for the gas lines is a work of art! The crew was here for almost two weeks and every guy seemed to really enjoy their work. They were friendly and never complained about working late to make sure we had hot water or a working furnace overnight. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC work.
