★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. They know when you are between a rock and a hard place. Quoted $400.00 to $450.00 on 3500lb axle. Bill came to $660.00. His excuse was he only quoted for a 5ft axle, not a 7ft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooked as they come. Make it hard to support local, prices change constantly and over charged hourly... try to upsell parts you don’t need and don’t stand behind their workman ship. Would not recommend this shop to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bent an axle. Called them got an axle custom made from a local recommendation. Was quoted a price and confirmed price. I questioned the initial price and was told the good thing is the exchange rate is in your favor! When arrived to pick up the price was $165 more and there was nothing added upon arrival as far as parts. Had to drive home 900 miles so had to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 3 kids and had problems with my 30ft RV on a cross Canada trip and stopped in Edmonton to have rear brake looked at. Fleet brake in Edmonton said they fixed the problem but only replaced the spring and not the other parts in the brake assembly that I paid for. When I arrived in Thunder Bay the problem was persisting and Tractor Trailer Service got me in quick although they were already booked and busy. They replaced the damaged parts in my brake and showed me the old parts and explained everything. We were onoour way by the afternoon same day. Big thanks to the crew! We made it all the way to Nova Scotia and back home to Vancouver safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh looked after the removal of the air suspension on my 2017 ram rebel and I would recommend this business to anyone looking to do the same. So far so good with the air delete kit that replaced it. Rides a whole lot better and won't fail in cold weather anymore. Way better service than local dealership at way less cost. Very friendly and seem to be genuinely interested in solving your issues.
