★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very helpful in helping us the large outdoor modular play center into our Ford Edge as the Box was way too large to get into the vehicle as purchased ! All the pieces were accounted for, placed neatly and off I went. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go. They have plenty of toy's and babies stuff. Don't go on weekends cause it's hard to find an associate who can help. You can also buy online and if you are bot satisfied return it at their location without questions. The store is clean and well arranged ?. I recommend it without hesitation. Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I came to toys r us and got great costumer service by Georgia, she was by far the best customer service rep I've dealt with in a Toys R Us.She was very accommodating knew her products and had great knowledge on what I needed to purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a toy online and got it delivered through DoorDash. Received the wrong item and the sales associate, while nice, couldn't help me with my problem. Spoke to the manager, and he was annoyed and short with me right from the beginning. Not flexible at all, and has very poor customer care. Won't be ordering or purchasing from this location.
