Côté service mécanique, c'est extrêmement dispendieux, et ils ne semblent pas faire d'effort pour trouver des solutions économiques. J'avais un mag brisé, j'ai proposé de mettre des roues à la place, ils m'ont dit que c'était pas possible. Leur mag de remplacement était 500$!! En plus ils n'ont pas remis le bon modèle de pneu, prétextant qu'il n'existait plus sur le marché, ce qui était faux, j'ai vérifié par la suite. Je n'ai plus aucune confiance en cette entreprise.
On the mechanical side, it's extremely expensive, and they don't seem to be making any effort to find economical solutions. I had a broken mag, I offered to put wheels instead, they told me it wasn't possible. Their replacement mag was $ 500 !! In addition, they did not return the correct model of tire, claiming that it no longer existed on the market, which was false, I checked afterwards. I no longer have any confidence in this company.

Mon expérience chez toyota: médiocre. En sois le changement d'huile c'est un changement d'huile, mais leur service est terrible il m'ont fait patienter 1h00 min car il m'ont oublier, il ont oublié de me donner mes clé. Je pose de simple question et on me répond de façons condescendante. J'appelle le lendemain pour en parler au directeur un appel de 10 min dont il m'explique pourquoi ce n'étais pas un mauvais service sans prendre en considération mon opinion ou il essaye de réfuter mes argument (comme quoi pourtant les gens adores la personne qui a pris soins de moi et que ca fait 20 ans ) tout sa pour dire qu'il me sortais des excuse "pathétique" au lieux de prendrent le commentaire. Je rappel un plus tard un autre 4min auquel qu'il m'explique encore les mêmes affaires encore et encore. Donc en sois le service a clientèle n'etais vraiment pas a la hauteur.
My experience at Toyota: mediocre. Be the oil change it's an oil change, but their service is terrible they made me wait 1h00 min because they forgot me, they forgot to give me my key. I ask simple questions and they answer me condescendingly. I call the next day to talk to the manager about it, a 10-minute call and he explains to me why it was not bad service without taking my opinion into consideration or he tries to refute my arguments (how people love the person who took care of me and it's been 20 years) all his to say that he was giving me "pathetic" excuses instead of taking the comment. I call back another 4min later to which he explains the same things to me again and again. So be the customer service was really not up to par.

Une déception totale au finale. Mon expérience avait bien commencée jusqu'au moment ou le dossier de financement a commencé a battre de l'aile. Ils m'ont toutefois contacté et nous avons pu nous entendre. Par la suite, mes pneus étaient à changer au bout de seulement 1 mois et lexus me confirme maintenant que mes freins sont aussi a changer... On n'essaie de me dire que la voiture était en ordre mais pour être honnête je ne vois aucunement pourquoi je leur ferais confiance. Pas la peine de me contacter pour tenter de régler la situation. Je vais faire autrement cette fois-ci.

Just picked up a Lexus from Joel here. I came from Ontario to pick it up. Joel made the transaction quick and pleasant. The car was in exactly as described condition and had been detailed and waxed. Very professional dealership that aims to please it's customers. Highly recommended!

I'm writing a review after 3 months since I purchased a 2013 Sequoia. The review is based on my previous experience with toyota dealers and it's my personal opinion. First: very unprofessional salesperson, with a very little knowledge of the car. Also, misleading and bad communication experience with little respect for me as a customer. Second: regarding the vehicle that they advertised as checked and inspected - here are the repairs that I had to do and some to come. Replaced all braked pads and disks 1500$, replaced leaking rear shocks - 1200$ for each (electronic shocks for air suspension). Leaking steering rack 2300$ - not fixed. No maintenance was done on wheel alignment since the car was built - the bars should be replaced in order to be aligned. Many of these issues were camouflaged, the leaks were cleaned and hidden. Many minor issues as well. Also, unpleasant sale transaction with many email and phone calls back and forth to arrange all the details. I hope your customers will see this comment and be prepared when visiting your poor organized business. I will never buy from Roy Auto again.
