★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir fait presque deux heures de route, j’ai été accueilli par la gentille réceptionniste qui m’a fait attendre que Gille termine son téléphone. 20 minutes plus tard celui-ci qui est le directeur des ventes m’a montrer la voiture qui m’intéressait en négociait son hypothèque au cellulaire. Nous semblions le déranger en plus. Je vous déconseille fortement ce concessionnaire Mitsubishi!!!
After almost two hours of driving, I was greeted by the kind receptionist who made me wait for Gille to finish his phone. 20 minutes later this one, who is the sales manager, showed me the car I was interested in while negotiating his mortgage on the cell phone. We seemed to bother him too. I strongly advise against this Mitsubishi dealer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promesse d'inclure le Sherlock, l'anti-rouille et le démarreur à distance. Au moment de la signature, un "oubli" de les inclure au contrat.
Le vendeur l'ajoute manuellement en me disant que je n'aurai qu'à le mentionner lors de mon premier changement d'huile et ce sera fait à ce moment.
Au moment du changement d'huile, aucune trace de ces informations! Et évidemment le vendeur ne s'en "souvient" pas et ose même me dire qu'il n'ajoute "jamais" rien à la main (il l'a écrit devant moi...).
Il me dit donc de lui envoyer une preuve que c'est écrit sur le contrat. Je regarde mon contrat et effectivement, il n'y a rien d'écrit!! Il l'a écrit sur une feuille qu'il ne m'a pas remise! Ce qui me donne encore plus l'impression que tout ça était volontaire.
Je n'aurai probablement aucun recours, surtout vu l'accueil très condescendant de la part de tout le membre du personnel à qui je me suis adressée.
Soyez vigilants!

At the time of the oil change, no trace of this information! And obviously the seller does not "remember" it and even dares to tell me that he "never" adds anything by hand (he wrote it in front of me ...).
So he told me to send him proof that it's written on the contract. I look at my contract and indeed, there is nothing written !! He wrote it down on a piece of paper that he did not give to me! Which makes me feel even more like it was all voluntary.
I will probably have no recourse, especially given the very condescending reception from all of the staff I spoke to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je tenais à laissé un commentaire car mon conjoint et moi avions bcp aimé la courtoisie ,l’humanité et le bon service de Mr Shane et Mme Laury ils ont vrmnt été à l’écoute de nos besoins et sans oublier leurs merveilleux conseils afin de nous aidés dans nos décisions et choix , pour une première fois chez Mitsubishi nous ne sommes pas déçus même comme au départ on avait cette grande crainte d’avoir une déception totale heureusement Cs pas le cas merci infiniment à vous deux et à toutes l’équipe surtout l’honnêteté de Shane m’a tant marqué continuez dans cette même lancée et cet esprit vous méritez vos 5 étoiles ? ??????☺️??
I wanted to leave a comment because my spouse and I really liked the courtesy, humanity and good service of Mr Shane and Mrs Laury, they really listened to our needs and without forgetting their wonderful advice in order to help us. helped in our decisions and choices, for the first time at Mitsubishi we are not disappointed even as at the start we had this great fear of having a total disappointment fortunately Cs not the case thank you very much to you both and to all the team especially Shane's honesty marked me so much continue in this same momentum and this spirit you deserve your 5 stars ? ??????☺️??
