★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the market for a Corolla Hybrid for the last couple of months - I was lucky to find one at "on the Trail".
I dealt with a couple of individuals during the process and it was definitely a great experience overall.
I have been servicing my other vehicles at "on the Trail" for the last couple of years and their service department is awesome!
I would like to thank the salesman (Bush) for his honesty, respect and being a genuine individual throughout the sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll add my review to the list of others with withheld deposits.
They won’t refund the $1000 deposit. They are happy to talk about factory delivering a vehicle, but when it won’t arrive on time, they will hold the deposit.
Sales communicated different terms than Management. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
Toyota on the Trail provided the poorest customer experience I’ve had to date - but hey, at least they have the $1000!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t usually go to dealerships to get an oil change or service but, this is my second time coming here. Absolutely phenomenal, this place is top tier service. Devan and the staff were amazing.
He worked with me rather than against like other dealerships have in the past..
I didn’t book online correctly (my fault lol) but he had me in right away and went out of his way to make the process easy and efficient. Also was super informative with what needed to be done. Definitely helped a girl out!!
He even came to say hello when I was paying the bill and explained everything that was done and was kind enough to give a bit of a discount. Thank you very much! I will 100% be back again. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. I was interested in a vehicle here but the sales team was extremely pushy, untrustworthy and unable to explain any questions clearly. The salesman told me that the interest rates were variable rates and continued to explain why they were variable and not fixed. Then several minutes later a manager came and said they were fixed rates all of a sudden. They were unable to explain or show me a schedule of how the payments were broken up in terms of interest vs. principle. Later on I wanted to have another look at the vehicle so I texted the salesperson to see if it was still available before I made a 45 minute drive to the dealership to have another look and he said it was available. When I got there another salesperson sat down with me and confirmed again it was still available so I took another test drive and discussed some more details. I offered to pay the exact asking price which is listed on their website and then the manager came and told me the vehicle just sold today at an auction. Even though it was clearly available before I made the decision to make the drive into the dealership. Several days later a friend of mine was also interested in the same vehicle which was magically still available and actually wasn't sold like the manager said it was.
Be wary of the staff lying to their customers to get the best deal for themselves and do not agree to their financing terms unless you know every detail of the agreement.
I will never come here again nor recommend this dealership to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was thanks to this place that I found a very good deal on the car that I always have dreamt of driving - I want to thank Bobby, Alex and Danielle who have been nothing but accommodating and friendly throughout the process! it was my first time making a huge purchase, and they helped me through it!
If you ever think of buying a car here, then I'd suggest y'all ask for Bobby Singh as he'll be helpful 100% of the way! He'll be very thorough with features and expectations, and would leave no questions unanswered! it is thanks to him that left a happy customer! Thank you again Bobby!
As for financial managers - Danielle and Alex will help you build an add on that would definitely make your car last longer! They explain every add on and are very succinct and detailed with whatever warranty your vehicle currently has, and the future aides it will need! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought an amazing 4Runner at this dealership. I have so many good things to say about the team that help us with our 4Runner. To begin with I have to give kudos to Kavel Clarke, our Sales Representative. I have never been treated in a nicer and professional way. She was very knowledgeable on all the characteristics of the SUV, plus she listen to what we where looking to finalize a deal. She involved all the sales and finance team to ensure we were treated like family. If I could give more that 5 start I would for her. Raymond and John were great as well, and very supportive. The finance team made our experience enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Toyota on the trail!.
