★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most genuine, knowledgeable, helpful and honest mechanics I have ever met, their work is always outstanding as well as good prices. They take their time to explain their suggestions. They identified my issues and split them into 2 categories, safety (need to do now) and maintenance (can wait) instead of overwhelming me with a huge list and bill which I appreciated. I trust their diagnosis, work and highly recommend them, you will not regret taking your vehicle to Motion Auto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware!! Scammed out of $400!!
Purchased a set of tires from Jeff Mouflier at Motion Auto in Edmonton.
Assured they were usable condition, I picked up a set of tires from this business thinking it would be a trustworthy place. Later to find out that they were in fact not usable with cracked/gashed side walls.
In which the company I was going to use to install the tires refused due to the unsafe nature of the tires.
Jeff proceeded to tell me that they were “too strict” on their tire policies and that they were fine to use. (Meaning this guy willingly installs cracked faulty tires)
When I asked to return the tires for a refund he told me “buyer beware” and that I should have inspected them better before buying.
Clearly Jeff needed the $400 more then I did. But hopefully this will save future potential purchasers the hassle of dealing with this company! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON TO DO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per comments below and in Facebook. See Jeff didn't want to refund a customer and uses the line of Buyer Beware and should have inspected the tires more closely. Perhaps you shouldn't be selling an unsafe product to begin with. And isn't interesting that the businesses Facebook page availability has been changed by the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been been going to Jeff for years. Incredibly knowledgable and honest. No cheats, no little tricks to try to get more money out of you. As an admin for the Mercedes-Benz Club of Alberta I've recommended this shop to all the members and many of our members bring their cars to him. He's also worked on exotics, Porsche's, BMW's, Audi's, and even classic drag cars. No other place I'd trust my babies.

As a girl who knows little about vehicle maintenance he's made the times when I've needed work go so smooth and stress free which is everything when your dealing with fixing your car.

All my experiences have been very positive and Jeff does a great job of responding to messages and being upfront with unexpected delays or issues. Even though Jeff’s shop is a long drive for me and an a huge inconvenience it’s worth it since I trust him and the work he does. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend this shop no matter the type of vehicle you own.
