★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admit was surprised at the place, I wasn't expecting the variety I found there. I was looking for kids games and I certainly found them. Huge selection, well displayed, friendly staff. Definitely the place to go in Brandon if you want games and curiosities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two sets of Pokémon cards at the store not knowing that they were non-refundable items. I spoke with three different salespeople before I bought them, but none of them informed me of that fact. When my husband tried to return them the next day, we were told they wouldn’t take them back. We only noticed that the receipt stated they were not refundable after taking them back to the store. Now we’re stuck with them. If that’s the case, customers should be informed before purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough store and selection, clean if cluttered and hard to navigate. When I went in there appeared to be 3 or 4 staff and maybe 5 other customers plus myself, so not busy. I not only wasn't greeted when I entered, I was never asked if I needed help; I walked passed the employees multiple times but they were more invested in their conversation then a very lost looking customer. I shouldn't have to approach someone for assistance when your job revolves around customer service. That left a bad taste and I won't be back.

Some nice selection for adults too.
The staff are also polite and knowledgeable.
Definitely able to reccomend similar games if you're looking for advice.
Would be nice to see a bit more adult oriented content eventually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most impressive, as foreseen. If there were more stars, I would give 10! They are truly the master of toys. From the over the top customer service, the great deal on the Lego star wars ATAT and the top notch packaging of the parcel that arrived in perfect condition. I definitely would recommend Toymasters and will also return again for their friendly staff and fair prices. Thank you very much.
